These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InboxRadar website and services located at inboxradar.io ("Service"), operated by Sist'Hairs SRL ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using InboxRadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

InboxRadar provides a free email deliverability checking tool that analyzes your email domain's DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), checks blacklist status, and optionally performs inbox placement tests. The Service is designed for business email addresses on custom domains.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use InboxRadar. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account and Credentials

When you submit your email credentials for an inbox placement test, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized owner or user of the email account.
• You have the authority to grant us temporary access for testing purposes.
• You understand that a test email will be sent from your account as part of the deliverability check.

We use your credentials solely for the one-time test and do not retain passwords in readable form after the test completes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit email addresses or credentials that you are not authorized to use.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or any unsolicited communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

6. Free Service

InboxRadar is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or modify the free tier at any time with reasonable notice. Any changes to pricing will not affect retroactively.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of InboxRadar, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Sist'Hairs SRL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

Deliverability scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sist'Hairs SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any errors or omissions in the Service's results or recommendations.
• Any actions taken based on the Service's deliverability analysis.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sist'Hairs SRL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mons, Belgium.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
